Return Policy


Product Replacement: If the product you received is defective or non-functional, you have the right to request a replacement within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the product.

Return Conditions: In order for a return request to be valid, you must first contact us via email you will be asked for photos of the product so that we can make a replacement. The product must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by all accessories & packaging.

Shipping Cost: The shipping cost to return the product is the responsibility of the customer, unless it is a case of a defective product.

Product replacement time: The time required to replace the defective product will be approximately the same as the time required to receive the original product.
